I am a professional mentor and life coach with experience supporting individuals through personal development, life-skills development, goal setting, accountability, career preparation, and behavioral-health support.
My approach is practical, encouraging, and goal-focused. I help clients identify where they are, determine where they want to go, and develop realistic steps to move forward.
Through mentoring and coaching, I help individuals strengthen their confidence, improve decision-making, establish healthy routines, develop life skills, pursue career goals, and become more intentional about the future they are creating.
My goal is not to make decisions for my clients, but to provide the guidance, encouragement, accountability, and tools they need to make informed decisions and take meaningful action.
